This service is generally the same cost as a partial home staging AND we defer the fee for staging until the close of escrow, with no monthly fees. We place highly screened, trained Home Managers to live in the vacant homes we stage. They assure the home is easy to show and is always in “show-ready” condition at all times. They leave the home for showings but will have lights on and music playing for a perfect showing every time.
