  • First 30 seconds impression more memorable for buyers. Front porch and entry. Focus on demographics of buyers; young family and/or blended. . Details with a accent color to set the property apart from the other 10 they will be looking at in person and the 100 they look at online All in the first day of staging. Beautiful job ...just for future reference. Makes a huge difference in pics...and ultimately return on the staging investment. :)
