We know that staging with Showhomes increased the sales price and drastically reduced the time to sell. Two days after listing, we had an offer and closed in a week. Showhomes staff were professional, friendly and flexible. The furnishings were high quality and really showed how the rooms could be lived in. They even had great ideas for those strange unusable spaces. The furnishings made the rooms look larger than they did vacant. We even staged the screened in porch with outdoor furniture, which expanded the living areas even more. The moving crew was meticulously careful and left everything cleaner than when they arrived.
